a lot of things have happened over the past weeks, and i've been too lazy to update! so this post shall be filled with many pictures to make up for the lack of words, simply cos i'm too lazy : D
firstly, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY XIN!
i know this comes REALLY late, but at least it's here right babe!! : D ahhaha was too busy to update. you know what, i can't find many unglam pictures of you!!! SUCKS. but it's okay, save you the embarrassment! : D ahhaa LOVE YOU LOTS xin, and okay we shall meet up after exams. i hate exams! but all the best for it anyways, i know you'll do well : D
RUTH'S 19TH!
went to the botanics to have a picnic celebration for a dear girl, and it was really fun!! : D i love picnics, even though the few of us are so not outdoorsy people. HAHA must be the company :D loved the clear blue skies and clam breeze, made the picnic all the better :D can't wait to go there again HAHA we settled on having it fortnightly, but i doubt it'll happen cos they're all so busy!
RYLLIE'S 19TH!
held at dempsey, PS cafe before we went over to ben and jerry's, where all the madness happened : D the food was YUMMY, and the setting at PS cafe was really pretty! all the flowers and whatnot. but srsly, it would have been so much more convenient if there was a car, cos that place ain't the most accessible. and you know!! the bottled mineral water was $6!!!! HAHAH so ryllie and i decided to put the bottles to good use (which therefore explains the photos below) HAHA the sevens are seriously retarded. MISS SARA THOUGH, cos she'd have been the most retarded :D haha

as usual, went round visiting and we saw many cuuuuteeee kids and got a chance to catch up with all the relatives we see only once a year. not a big fan of this visiting thing, it's kinda like meaningless cos we don't see them other times of the year. kinda sad to go to some of the houses, only to realise/ remember that some of the older ones have passed away. then instead of joy and happiness that comes along with such festives, i felt only emptiness and a dead quietness in some of their lives. kinda sad, really! esp when everything's becoming increasingly trivialised nowadays. don't disagree with my dad when he said that the customs will be eroded down to nothing in a couple of generations to come. REALLY GLAD that i gotta see my childhood best friend after eons though! and of course, the rest of my cousins save for one extremely proud and stuck up one, with the words 'I AM BETTER THAN THE WORLD' splattered all over his face with his cocked up expression. thank gawd that his kids are sooo adorable though :D caught ah long private limited with leilei and qiner, not without taking neoprints HAHA. it's been a long time since the last time! went visiting with the church people one of the days- ben's, gerald's then paul's, where we gambled with poker chips! ahhaa BEGINNER'S luck rocked : D had alot of fun this new year, collected quite a bit of ang pao money BUT I BET I PUT ON WEIGHT from all the new year goodies. so much for 15 pineapple tarts lyn!! ahah

- atonement wasn't a bad show, went with ryllie, shu and lyd :D keira knightley acts really well in period dramas, esp with her classic looks of fair skinned, thin lipped stereotyped beauty (: rather draggy, but i thought it wasn't bad.
- feel like quitting work, esp when i have to work with ALL BOYS (namely, last night with jon, ben and ian) ian was being MR EMO, ben was CRAZY with his ninja nonsense, and jon maked me shocked and almost made me choke on water. HAHA sonia as usual, was being very frustrated with counting money. she somehow has this ability of making me nervous HAHA. burg was really nice and stayed a while to accompany me :D (hanky pankying at the back made me SLIGHTLY uncomfortable.. ahhaha felt so awkward ASK SHU I MESSAGED HER AHHAHAH) felt like SUCH A LONER/ LOSER and was SO HAPPY/ DELIRIOUS/ GLAD, ALMOST EUPHORIC when char and lien and shu came over to have ice cream :D miss you too char!!!!!! seeing you later for SYC!!!
- been dancing quite a bit over the past weeks, with our choreography for the zombie/doll/killer/psycho dance nearly done :D YAY TO SHIJIE MAU AND LYN :D lyrical jazz with ryan at oschool the other day was really good, though we got slighted (or so we think), AND SO, WE'RE GOING BACK NEXT WEEK TO PROVE HIM WRONG. it was SO tiring that at one point in time, i seriously couldn't breathe HAHA scary.
valentines' day!
-went to the arts house to look at the dance me through the dark photo exhibition, which was good! just that we felt really cheated when we walked so far just to see so few pictures. ahhaha but that guy has such a way of expression! Tan Ngiap Heng expressed dance as his 'first love', 'abetted by the mistress of his destiny (photography)'. sweet isn't it? :D
- after which, went to meet mau, kris, veeks and keish for advanced jazz :D the class was so much better i swear, even though my fringe was seriously annoying the entire time. WATCHED JUMPER after that, with those four plus lyn who came after work carrying a huge bunch of flowers and a bag full of expensive chocalote, and mok and daryl :D it was good, with HAYDEN sth being ABSOLUTELY cuuuuteee. mau got really giddy after a while cos of the angle from where she was sitting! poor girl :D poor shijie couldn't come cos of work
- went off to diane's house after that to meet the sevens, after being extremely pissed off by the public transport system. shan't elaborate cos it'll make me annoyed all over again :D watch jay chou's SECRET, which was rather like the LAKEHOUSE, just that the instrument of transport through time was a piano instead of a letterbox. show was mediocre, but the effects were really good :D the music throughout the show was CHILLING because the way those people play the piano, is like amazing!! super talented!! the rest fell asleep though. HAHA i couldn't sleep throughout the entire night cos LYDIA TOH kicked me, and then i went to the floor, but i had too little space and the carpet made my nose itchy HAHAH. went to macs for breakfast with diane, and we talked bout alotta things :D after that, accompanied ben (after being forced by him hahaha) to service his phone then after he sent me home, mum made me go shop/ eat lunch with her. AHAH i was SHAGGED!!! work at night was therefore, a very anti-social affair as mentioned above (:
OKAY THATS IT. GOING TO CHURCH LATER AND I'M EXTREMELY PLEASED :D oh btw, i woke up at 3 freaking pm today!!! : D hahaha
