like i was telling lyn, self-persuasion works wonders all the time. sooner or later, after chanting that mantra over and over in your head, playing it like endless white noise that irritates you like HELL at first, you simply accept it as a fact- or your fate/ God's will even. it's like the idiot's guide to brainwashing yourself.
