today was suchh a beautiful day (:
and its so amazing to see how much love that tim and min have for each other. and this love that they have is so special! it can practically be seen in their eyes- the genuine adoration for each other. and i think their love's gonna last for their lifetime (: thank God for this match made in heaven (:
anyways.
this morning i went over to shu's house at seven thirty. this juan said BE THERE AT SEVEN THIRTY AH. then she's the one who's late. haha. as always! then she came and started behaving sooo auntieee. ahhaha. it was quite funny actually. juan's failed attempt at applying eyeliner. and when i tried to help, she said it was too dark. but i swear she looked fine! ahaha. balmed it on my eyes on top of that. and shu was suchhh a lazy pig. refused to get moving! hahaa. we had to tell her to keep changing.
shu's parents sent juan, shu and i to CHURCH OF THE ASCENSION (IN SAV!!) and we reached there at about 845. we were the earliest! had to be there early because we were USHERERS. hahah. which in my opinion was quite redundant because all i had to do was to stand there, KEEP SMILING (omg!! my mouth was damn tired after a while.) and say 'good morning! pls be seated anywhere third row from the front onwards'. and i had to shoo people away from the last three rows. HAHAH. rox had the same job as me! shu and juan were giving away the programme thingey. yanleen was downstairs and a few of the boys were the carpark people. HAHA IT WAS SO ENTERTAINING. the ceremony itself was rather unforgettable. ITS SO WEIRD TO THINK THAT TIM AND MIN ARE ACTUALLY HUSBAND AND WIFE! thats life official! hahaha. the youth pastor was really funny. and OH MY MAMA! THE VIDEO TIM MADE FOR MIN WAS ABSOLUTELY SWEET (: AND MIN LOOKED REALLY PRETTY TODAY (: all of us were super happy when they were exchanging vows and saying their 'i do's'. AND STARING AT THEIR SHEEPISH GRINS PLASTERED ON THEIR FACES. so cute. jasmine and that little flower boy was cute too ((: absolutely adorable!! and we took many unglam pictures of sarah. hurhhurh. whats new.
had RECEPTION AFTER THAT!the food was nice while it was there. BEING THE TYPICAL KIASU SINGAPOREANS, we (mel, char, shu, li and i) packed two boxws of food. hahaha. but in the end we ate only half of it. BUT HEY. WE WERENT THE ONLY ONES :D
after the entire morning ceremony, MEL CAME OVER!
oh, the procrastinator that i am.
mel will gladly testify to that.
and we were clumsy.
way TOO clumsy.
hahaha.
then shu came over at 530! (: slacked around even more, did our hair and makeup and off we went!
THE DINNER!
was held at hilton hotel (: was quite a nice place. just that the ballroom lights were rather - distracting. haha. with the hilton sign plastered all over the walls of the grandballroom wasnt exactly pleasing to the eye.
and the ballroom was surprisingly small in size.

I THOUGHT THE DINNER WAS THE MOST FUN BECAUSE THEY HAD THIS CUUUUUUTE TIMIN SONG. haha. THEY LOOKED SUPER RETRO. hahaha. AND IT WAS SUPER SWEET (: their friends could do such time consuming things for them- for the platonic love that exists between friends. (: and yea. its amazing now much people are willing to do for love. its kinda touching (: min's dad sang, and uncle pakchee gave a speech. about how tim was such a LITTLE RASCAL! hahah. yes it was amusing. the food was alright. not spectacular! but alright (: the company was better!
it came unexpectedly.

then we ordered wine. hahaha. SARAH GOT KINDA HIGH I THINK.

but today was such a blessed day.

wish them a blessed marriage.
AND THERE WAS ANOTHER DINNER ON THURS NIGHT.
THIS SHALL BE EXTREMELY BRIEF. rach mel shu and i went to meet before that to shop for things to wear for today. and i bought a dress for sixty dollars. i dress that i wont wear in this lifetime. ahaha. and rachel bought a skirt! (she looked SUPER COOL TODAY. the boots and all. whoo) mel was so upset over her apparently lopsided eyebrow! ahahha.
we were one hour late when we reached and the boys (kenneth mark paul jon) were kept waiting for bout an hour.
and so was auntie jenny. her son is absolutely cute
yea the food was YUMMY.
